The Principle Of Tension Control Slitting Machine

An important part of slitter tension control system, is to ensure that the printing accuracy is the key. The tension tension control using differential principle, the system by controlling the feeding roller and the paper paper force force of roll speed, to adjust the tension of the sheet. At present, the paper roll feeding force most of gravure printing machine are synchronized with the speed of printing machine, the paper force roller shaft end is connected with the stepper motor, so as to realize the differential control.
