泰安市质量技术监督局 Description: 泰安市质量技术监督局的职能如下：
（一）贯彻执行国家、省有关质量技术监督工作的方针、政策和法律、法规，依法开展行政许可工作；组织依法查处违反有关质量技术监督法律法规的行为。
（二）管理和指导质量工作。组织拟定、实施质量规划和有关政策措施，并对实施情况进行检查考核；推进实施名牌战略，规范社会质量评价活动；组织开展各种质量管理活动；推行质量责任制度；负责对较大产品质量事故的调查；规范管理工程设备监理活动；组织对县（市、区）实行质量工作和打假工作行政领导责任制情况的考核。
（三）管理质量监督工作。依法组织实施产品质量监督检查制度；统一规划检验检测机构，依法对质量检验机构授权和监督管理；管理产品质量仲裁检验和鉴定工作；承担工业产品生产许可证有关管理工作，查处无证生产等违反行为；组织打击生产领域假冒伪劣等违反活动，组织实施规定牵头的专项打假工作；负责防伪技术措施的监督管理工作。
（四）统一管理标准化工作。组织实施国家标准、行业标准和地方标准，对标准的实施进行监督；组织制定农业标准规范；推行采用国际标准和国外先进标准；负责企业产品标准备案、登记工作；承担组织机构代码和商品条码有关管理工作。
( 五)统一管理计量工作。推行法定计量单位和国家计量制度；建立社会公用计量标准和计量校准网络，组织管理量值传递（溯源）及强制检定工作；监督管理计量器具的制造、修理、进口、销售和使...
