连云港市交通运输局 Description: 一、贯彻执行国家有关交通的方针、政策、法律、法规;二、组织实施国家、省重点和大中型公路水路交通工程建设；三、负责全市公路运输、城市公共交通和出租车运输、水路运输、港站疏运、搬运装卸、港口码头、营业性客货停车场站、运输代理、仓储、理货、联托运服务及车船租赁业的行业管理和安全管理；四、负责全市公路路政、水路航政管理和交通规费稽征管理；组织、协调或参与交通建设资金的筹集，负责局管交通资金的拨付和监管；组织和指导交通行业内部审计工作。五、 负责全市内河通航水域、港口的水上安全监督、船舶检验和船舶防污监督、船舶和船员证照核发、内河救助打捞及内河通航水域的临河、跨河建筑物的行业管理；负责内河水上交通行政处理和处罚；六、制订并组织实施交通行业科技政策、规划；七、组织实施交通行业行政执法和指导交通系统体制改革。 八、组织指导交通系统利用外资、国际交流与合作工作。九、承办市国防动员委员会交通战备办公室工作。 十、负责全局党的建设工作和直属单位领导班子建设；负责局机关和局直属单位人事、劳动工资、机构编制管理工作；指导全市交通行业精神文明建设；指导全市交通行业职业教育和培训。 十一、承办市委、市政府交办的其他事项。 ...
