昆明市官渡区第二中学 Description: 官渡二中创建于1996年，15年风雨兼程，15年策马扬鞭，以“起点高、见效快、影响大”而成为昆明市一所热点学校。建校之初，高中招生规模每年仅为2个班，为扩大办学规模，2003年9月实行高初中分离办学，原官渡二中新迎校区为初中部教学点，原昆二十五中校区为高中部教学点，高中招生每年达到10个班。2004年8月,昆明市主城区区划调整后,官渡二中初中部划归盘龙区，更名为盘龙区新迎中学,官渡二中高中部仍保留在官渡区并沿用原名。现今的官渡二中座落在被誉为“东骧神骏”的金马寺，办学条件不断优化，于2005年7月晋升为至年轻的云南省一级三等高级中学。 官渡二中走的是一条以人为本，以教师发展促进学校发展，以用人机制的改革为突破口，推动学校全面发展的特色之路。学校以海纳百川的气度采取全额招考的方式组建教师队伍，以科学管理、民主决策、人文关怀为依托，将这支年富力强、教学经验丰富、整体素质突出的教师队伍凝聚在一起，形成了良好的校园文化和卓有成效的办学特点。目前，全校教职工总数115人，其中，教师学力合格率100%，高中职教师达85%，研究生和在读研究生占教师总数的25%，拥有云南省特级教师4人，市、区级学科带头人和骨干教师27人，省、市高考专家组成员19人，拥有昆明市名师工作室1个，官渡区名师工作室2个。 学校在“一切为了学生的全面发展、和谐发展和个性发展”的理念指引下，实施全程备考（学生进入学校的第一天...
