Description: 福建石油化工集团有限责任公司（简称福建石化集团公司）是福建省政府于1998年组建的福建省石化产业龙头企业，是省政府国有资产监督管理委员会所出资企业。主要从事炼油化工的投资、贸易，化工产品的生产、经营和科研、设计等业务，生产经营四大类二十多种产品。福建石化集团公司现有8家一级全资（控股）子公司（企业）。2011年12月末总资产88亿元。
全资的福建省石油化学工业有限公司是以炼油化工为主的投资型企业，全权代表福建省政府投资、管理与中国石化股份公司合资的福建炼油化工有限公司50%股权，间接持有福建联合石化有限公司25%股权。福建联合石化公司是国内至大的中外合资大型石化企业之一，现有原油加工能力1200万吨/年，居国内第8位；乙烯生产能力80万吨/年，每年可生产高品质的成品油713万吨、聚烯烃产品132万吨、对贰甲本70万吨、苯27万吨、12万吨丁二烯等，合计商品量1015万吨，年销售收入超700亿元。
全资的福建省东南电化股份有限公司是由原福建省第一家氯碱企业福州第二化工厂改制设立，是目前省属至大的氯碱企业。根据福建省、福州市两级政府部署，2010年1月起老厂全面停产，实施搬迁，正在福清江阴石化专区建设经国家发改委核准的搬迁项目，一期建设10万吨/年TDI，配套12万吨/年离子膜烧碱、10万吨/年PVC生产装置，计划2012年12月建成，届时将实现年销售收入近40亿元。
