Description: The Mycological Society of Toronto is a non-profit, volunteer-managed association of amateur mycologists and others with an interest in wild mushrooms and other fungi, based in Toronto, Canada. Our goal is to stimulate public interest in and appreciation of fungi and their role in nature, and we encourage activities that explore the ecological role of fungi and support the conservation of wild mushrooms. Members' interests are wide ranging in areas related to fungi, including mushroom identification, photography, cooking and mushroom cultivation....
