(1) Debugging of fuel supply time. Remove all the oil pipe joints, turn the dial to start oil extraction from the cylinder 1 port, align an integer on the scale as the 0 scale, turn the dial, and observe whether the oil supply interval angle of each cylinder is 60 degrees (6 Cylinder fuel pump), the deviation is within 0.5 degrees.
(2) Fuel start-up debugging. Start the test bench, set the rotation speed to 200 rpm, set the number of injections to 200, rotate the joystick to the maximum fuel supply position, and count the buttons. The standard fuel injection volume should be 26ml, and the abnormal fuel injection volume can be adjusted for the position of each cylinder fork on the fuel supply rod.
(3) Debug the oil flow at rated speed. Start the test bench and repeat step (2) at a set speed of 900 rpm. The standard fuel injection volume should be 26ml. If the fuel injection volume is abnormal, the fuel injection volume screw can be adjusted uniformly by adjusting the rated speed.
(4) To debug idle oil flow. Start the test rig, set the speed to 250 rpm, the number of fuel injections to 200, and push the button to count. The standard fuel injection volume should be 6 ml. If the fuel injection volume is abnormal, you can adjust it by adjusting the idle oil screw.
