Circular Components And Function Of Instrument Is Introduced.

Although the types of roundness instrument is different, but the main part was roughly the same. The roundness instrument turntable, basic is composed of a base, aligning, probe, skateboard, column, recorder, electric box, computer, and the printer. The roundness instrument of different types according to different functions, improve its supporting software and accessories can be achieved.
The base is the foundation part of main parts, mechanical parts are installed in the upper, large bearing, so the requirements of rigidity, accuracy and stability. The turntable is a key part of roundness tester, radial and axial accuracy depends on the components, work piece it together with the rotation, so the strong bearing capacity, especially under partial load capacity.
