Description:    西安秦川思源测量仪器有限公司简称“秦川思源”（原西安交大思源精密工程有限责任公司），是由陕西秦川机床工具集团有限公司、陕西工业技术研究院与西安交大资产经营有限公司共同投资成立的高新技术企业。公司集科、工、贸为一体，具有雄厚的科研开发实力。
   以秦川和西安交通大学为依托，公司经过多年积累，在精密测量设备研制及其工程应用领域取得了一批高水平研究成果，并已产业化。公司研发完成了陕西省科技攻关项目“高精度三维物体轮廓测量系统”，项目成果获陕西省科技进步一等奖；“复合式小模数齿轮检测中心”得到科技型中小企业技术创新基金立项支持；同时以凸轮轴、曲轴检测为代表的“柱坐标测量中心”产品获得科技部颁发的国家重点新产品证书。公司经多年的科研积累，在光机电一体化测控技术开发与设备研制领域具有很强的开发能力，已形成一套规范的管理体系和质量保证体系，并于2007年通过了ISO9001质量体系认证。
   公司主要从事测量技术与产品的设计、研发与生产，主要产品与业务包括：GMC系列齿轮测量中心、GMM型万能齿轮检测仪、GMM-A型全自动齿轮检测仪；CYM系列立、卧式凸轮轴/曲轴测量仪； DMC系列三坐标测量机；LSS系列激光扫描测量仪（抄数机）；并可对国内多家企业引进的各类齿轮测量中心、三坐标测量机、圆度仪、万工显、丝杠检测仪等计量仪器进行技术升级改造。同时公司还开发完成了“产品电子舱总体参数测...
