辽宁省残疾人福利基金会 Description: 辽宁省残疾人福利基金会是1985年4月29日经省政府批准成立的公募性慈善组织，主要职能是宣传残疾人事业，举办募捐活动，接受社会各界捐赠。宗旨是弘扬人道，奉献爱心，全心全意为残疾人服务。多年来，每年借助“助残日”、“国际残疾人日”等残疾人节日之机，开展爱心助残捐赠活动。截止目前，全省共募集款物累计3千多万元，所募捐款物全部投入到残疾人康复、教育、就业、文化、体育等领域，为我省残疾人事业在新世纪可持续发展奠定了一定物质基础。
我省现有224.2万残疾人，占全省总人口的5.31%，涉及660万家庭人口。其中，有20多万残疾人生活仍处于温饱线以下的贫困状态，有近2万残疾儿童少年需要资助。每名残疾人都渴望和健全人一样平等参与社会，共享社会的物质文明和精神文明。为此，辽宁省残疾人福利基金会本着切实解决残疾人至关心、至直接、至现实的利益出发，开展公益募捐活动，筹募资金和物质，资助和扶持全省特困残疾人，努力改善他们生活状况。...
