青岛市志愿者协会 Description: 1995年3月，青岛市青年志愿者协会成立，协会成立伊始就按照建立健全志愿服务组织体系的要求大力加强了规范化建设。2002年3月，青岛市青年志愿者协会更名为青岛市志愿者协会。市志愿者协会作为全市志愿服务工作的组织和指导机构，对建立志愿服务事业长效发展机制不断进行深入探索，进一步规范志愿者注册、培训、服务、认证、表彰等方面工作。在市志愿者协会的统一指导下，12区市相应成立了志愿者协会并组织开展丰富多彩的志愿服务活动，尤其是通过积极参与奥帆赛残奥帆赛志愿服务工作，近年来，区市志愿者协会机构建设不断健全，活动开展与机制建设并举，形成了全市各级团组织全面发动、广泛参与的工作局面。...
