东莞市创意产业中心园 Description: 东莞市创意产业中心园区（以下简称该园）位于东莞市莞太路34-36号，紧邻东莞市行政中心广场，地处东莞市商务中心区，交通便利，周围社区配套成熟。
该园是莞城区政府在原联丰工业区的基础上，经2002年实行的优化产业结构措施所调整，创立于2007年12月。在该园约54300多平方米的土地上，建有9.7万多平方米的厂房、宿舍、综合楼等物业。
从现今聚集在该园的45家企业构成里，形成和发展的网络服务，内容软件和数字学习产业，在东莞市处于领先水平。该园数字视听设备制造和数字创意设计产业规模已超亿元。该园有2家创意企业为广东省高新技术企业，有多家民营公司在06-07年度，获得各种科技资金资助达300万元。该园同时也是东莞市软件行业协会主办的东莞软件企业孵化园。
08年，园区本着“以文化为核心，以原创为动力，打造创意文化莞城”的创意园区理念，以引导和鼓励园区向特色创意产业聚集区发展，使园区向以研发设计创意为主（包括内容软件、网络服务、工业设计、包装设计）作定位突破，挖潜和使现有物业在创意产业发展中增值，并通过摸索和积累经验，树立莞城创意产业在全市创意产业当中的标杆。
