沈济文，字海狼，铁背山书客。“和壁书”万寿字斋主。辽宁省抚顺县人，在抚顺社会科学院工作。抚顺市美术学会会员。在工作之余，撰写的文章和论文仅发表在报刊杂志和有关书籍中的文字量达400多万字，获省市优秀论文奖达80多篇，网上转载的论文和文章有20多篇。此外，自幼喜爱书法和绘画，并在不同工作岗位中积极参加各种书画展览，曾经在部队（师部）和抚顺市直机关的书画展览中获二三等奖。参加工作几十年来所创作的作品有200多件流传到战友、朋友和同学中。在近20年前中，利用业余时研究寿字的不同写法，并在几年前开始创意“和壁书”百寿图，其作品深得周围朋友的喜爱，许多作品还流传到日本和韩国。作品“平安百寿图”曾作为礼品赠予日本众议院议长及议员。2010年末，中国国际现代艺术研究中心聘请为“书画艺术研究员”，授予“当代书画艺术家”，“金奖艺术家”荣誉称号。
