山东农科产业网 Description: 山东农科产业网,山东省农业科学院于2007年立项“科研院所创新文化建设研究”课题。2008年院产业处和课题组共同组织了以“科技产业创新与发展”为专题的研讨征文活动。这项活动得到了大家的热烈响应，参与研讨的有资深农业科技专家，也有思想活跃的年轻同志；有在农业科技产业一线打拼多年的经营、管理者，也有一向关注产业发展的科研、管理人员。其中撰写论文的有400多人次，收到论文160多篇，文集收录其中的108篇。这些文章涉及的范围十分广泛，有对种植、养殖、加工、服务各产业发展中面临的现状和发展方向的论述；有对经营性资产、无形资产、知识产权的保护、运营和增值路径的建议；有对农业科技企业的体制机制、人力资源、财务税务、营销策略和文化建设问题的探讨；有对近几年山东省农业科学院产业化项目研究与开发重要成果和进展情况的报告；还有在基层从事农业科研、管理、经营工作的同志们撰写的论文。这些文章切入问题的角度不同，观点各异，其共同的特点是密切联系实际，谋求科学发展，其中不乏很有价值的独到见解。...
